TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES:

All prices quoted are in Euros, per studio, per night, and include all taxes and services.For every additional person, more than minimum occupancy, there is a charge of 25% over room rate.

CHILD POLICY:

Children under 2 years old and children under 12 sharing their parent's bed are free of charge. For children older than  3 years old who require an extra bed there will be an extra charge of 15% over room rate.

BREAKFAST:

American - style breakfast is available in the brekfast area adjacent to the pool bar from 08:30 -11:00

Price: 12 euro per adult and 8 euro per child. Children up to 6 years old free of charge.

CHECK IN:  From 14:00

On arrival the number and the expiry date of your credit card will be required.

CHECK OUT:  Till 12:00

Late check out (subject to availability) will be subject to extra charge.

HOTEL FACILITIES:

The hotel facilities include a reception area, lounge with wireless Internet access, Internet corner, breakfast area, bar, pool snack bar, swimming pool, children's pool, private parking area, travel agent's services and car rental, tranfers from and to the airport (upon request), taxi service, luggage storage, mailing facilities, courier, e-mailing and fax facilities.

The rooms/apartements are all furnished with heating and air conditioning units, bathroom, hair dryer and toiletries, fully- equipped kitchen, direct phone line, safe boxes, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace with garden views.

For reservations a deposit amount of 30% of the total cost is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a booking is cancelled in writing, the deposit is returned if this cancellation takes place within 45 days of the arrival date, and providing the resarvation is not subject to the terms of a special offer. Otherwise the deposit is non - refunable.

EARLY DEPARTURES DUE TO EMERGENCIES:

The deposit is non- refundable and you are obliged to pay compensation equal of half the agreed length of stay (Article 8 Law 1652/30.10.86)

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES:

CANCELLATION: Please note that cancellations, changes or non- arrival are subject to full payment of the cost of the reservation.

PREPAYMENT: The full amount of payment will be charged and is non-refundable.

COMPLAINTS/REMARKS:
